Usage Process
Health Saver: Easy Usage Process- All Health Saver members are sent a Membership Card
- All IHO Health cards issued with a pre-defined validity
- Membership card & welcome pack are received by customer within 14 working days of enrollment
Whenever a member needs a doctor, he/she should just do the following:
- Call the IHO Helpline number for the city
- Based on the requirement & location, an IHO representative will suggest appropriate doctors, giving all details required
- Member has to just show the IHO Card to avail of benefits instantly
