Only credentialed, qualified medical professionals are part of the IHO referral network to provide high quality health care to members.

Q. How does IHO work?
A.IHO is focused solely on building and managing a dental & general health network. Our commitment to excellence has allowed us to build lasting relationships with IHO customers, as well as practicing doctors and laboratories. Our goal is to provide patients with a network of dentists and doctors who will provide quality services to members while creating savings for the patients. IHO is not an insurance plan. The IHO network is a network of participating dentists, doctors, clinics and labs.Who have agreed to pass on high concessions to patients according to the IHO concession schedule.

Q. Why should you be a part of IHO?

• Patient Flow: Here we can work on guiding a requisite number of patients requiring treatments to your clinic on a regular basis
• Empanelment with a School, Corporate, RWA or Institution: You could be empanelled with a school or corporate or institution as an ‘Empanelled Medical Practitioner’. If desired you can have regular visits to the corporate we have tied up with.
• International/ NRI Patients: With our worldwide reach, we can help guide international patients to your clinic and also suggest your clinic name & work in International Forums.
• Professional Consultancy: With our expertise in the field of marketing (& after having handled more than 1 million Indian customers) we can consult you on how to run or re-launch your practice and have a successful & well established practice. A.IHO is a low fee preventive health care provider. It has designed plans for health conscious consumers looking to maintain their oral & general health and minimize health care expenses.
Preventive programs need to be organized in such a manner that every member of the community reaches the clinics so that it can have impact on the health status of the community, and that is what IHO is working towards.

Q. On what basis do medical practitioners get enrolled in the IHO network?
A.All medical practitioners in the network have been credentialed and satisfy the standards specified by our empanelment committee. The criteria used to evaluate medical practitioners include:

• Qualifications
• Experience treating patients
• Local reputation
• Availability
• Clinic location, area and level of hygiene

Q. On what basis are these clinics accredited in to IHO?
A.IHO knows the importance of staying up-to-date on all dental & medical industry standards and practices. That is why we have a credentialing committee that includes renowned administrators, practicing doctors & dentists who have laid down strict guidelines and standards for empanellisation of Medical Practitioners and are actively involved in making decisions about our network.
Our credentialing committee must give approval for all medical practitioners who join our network. This gives our members innate confidence when choosing an IHO empanelled medical practitioner because they know only quality medical practitioners are accepted into the network.

Empanelment Criterion:

1. Masters Degree
2. Registered with MCI/DCI/SMC/SDC
3. Hygiene Standards at clinic
4. Minimum 5 years of experience
5. Autoclave of all instruments
6. Location and size of clinic
